Assessments and evaluations are helpful in U visa cases and asylum applications.

(Domestic violence, rape, or other abuse).

As a general rule we don’t recommend evaluations for Provisional waivers since they are given very little weight by USCIS officers. An assessment/evaluation after only one visit is not very convincing to USCIS adjudicators.
