You also have the option to sign up for automatic monthly payments by calling the same number, 1-800-253-0194, and asking for Romelia. You should be ready to confirm the Visa or Mastercard you want to register and you can choose the date you would like to make the automatic monthly payment on.
Paying with cash:
Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00am a 3:00pm every week (unless its a holiday)
You can pay cash at the San Rafael or San Francisco office Mondays and Tuesdays.
Paying by check or money order:
To pay with a Money Order, you can visit the post office (USPS) and ask for a "Money Order". The example on this page details how to fill out your Money Order. See the example, and mail it to the address:
